Alyson F. Lembeck has practiced family law in Metro Atlanta since 2002, focusing exclusively on the field since 2005. She represents clients across Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb, and surrounding Georgia counties in divorce, custody, support, alimony, asset division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and family violence matters. Beyond litigation, Alyson is a Registered Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, a Certified Parent Coordinator, a registered Arbitrator, and is trained in Collaborative Law — giving clients multiple paths to resolve disputes without unnecessary conflict. Courts also appoint her as a Guardian Ad Litem in custody cases. Alyson approaches her work as both attorney and counselor, guiding clients through difficult transitions with practical advice and creative problem-solving, while advocating forcefully in court when litigation is necessary.
