Carla R.D. Khal joined Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP in 2019, practicing family law. She previously spent two decades as managing attorney of the Self-Help Resource Center at the Tulare County Superior Court, and taught paralegal courses as adjunct faculty at College of Sequoias from 1998 to 2018. She earned her J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law, graduating as valedictorian in 1993, after completing her first year of law school at Florida State University College of Law. She holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri, Columbia (1986, Magna Cum Laude), and served as President of the Tulare County Bar Association in 2015-16.
