Cheryl Bigos is a Senior Attorney in the Family Law unit at Community Legal Aid SoCal, where she has worked since 2019. She represents clients in domestic violence restraining order cases, child custody and visitation matters, and divorce proceedings; in one published case study she represented a domestic violence survivor in obtaining a five-year restraining order and negotiating a multi-state custody settlement under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. She earned her J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 2015 and previously worked at the Law Office of Brian Michaels and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
