Gregory D. Golden is a native Atlantan who earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997 and a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude with High Honors, from the University of Georgia in 1994. He joined the Law Office of Lawrence D. Kupferman as an associate in 1997 and became a partner in 2001, forming the present Kupferman & Golden partnership. He is trained as a guardian ad litem and frequently serves in that capacity in contested custody matters, and has argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
