Harmon Caldwell is the founding partner of Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP, practicing divorce and family law as well as estate and trust litigation in Atlanta since being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1977. He has represented some of Georgia's wealthiest and most recognizable families in divorce and estate/trust litigation matters, including heirs of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coca-Cola's Woodruff family. He has tried approximately 200 civil jury cases and authored Harmon Caldwell's Georgia Divorce Handbook (2013).
