Jason Butscher founded his own law firm in Sherman, Texas after graduating from Texas Tech Law School, where he was a Board of Regents Scholar and served on Law Review. He practiced for more than ten years as a litigator in family, criminal, and appellate law before expanding into business litigation. He has over 20 years of trial and appellate experience and is a certified mediator who has served on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, including four years as chairman.
