He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Colonel after nearly 30 years of active duty service, including three command positions and a stint as Mission Support Group commander at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from St. Mary's University School of Law, where he later served as an adjunct professor. His practice focuses on military and federal civil service divorce, including division of military retired pay, Thrift Savings Plan accounts, and CSRS/FERS annuities.
