Lissa L. Rapoport is Managing Partner of the firm and one of three partners in its Family Law Department. Her practice covers mediation, collaborative law, consulting counsel, premarital and postmarital agreement negotiation, parental coordination, and custody and parenting-plan negotiations, along with complex financial support resolution. She previously served as judge pro tempore (1993-1995) and currently works as a private mediator, parenting coordinator, and settlement conference panelist for the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts.
