Lynn Montgomery focuses her practice on adoption, child custody, child support, property division, and divorce. She earned a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991 and worked as a high school teacher before earning her J.D. Summa Cum Laude, as Salutatorian, from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2006, where she also served as Senior Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Journal. She chaired the civil litigation section at Kurtz & Blum for more than eight years before joining Montgomery Family Law in 2015.
