Paulina Havelka has been licensed in North Carolina since 2005 and earned her undergraduate degree from UNC Charlotte and her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2004. She began her legal career as a courtroom clerk in 1997 before pursuing law while working full-time as a single mother. She was elected District Court Judge in 2018 and served on the bench from January 2019 through December 2022 before returning to practice family and elder law.
