Quynh ("Quinn") Chen is a bilingual attorney whose practice concentrates on civil litigation, family law, and business law, and who is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. She attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She has served as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section Committee of the Alameda County Bar Association (2017-2024) and Co-Chair of the Cannabis Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (2020-2021).
