Richard A. Harris is a Fresno-based attorney at Wild, Carter & Tipton who practices family law alongside tax, business transactions, and real estate law. Born and raised in Fresno, he graduated cum laude from California State University, Fresno and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1972, later receiving a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Florida in 1978. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Fresno before joining Wild, Carter & Tipton in 1986, and has taught at San Joaquin College of Law and Fresno City College.
