Fodor is a Partner and Co-Founder of KF Law, LLC who has practiced law since 1998, focusing on divorce, child custody and support, alimony, and pre/postnuptial agreements, in addition to business and securities law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1998 (cum laude) and a B.A. in English and Political Science from The Ohio State University in 1991 (cum laude). She clerked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division in Miami and for U.S. District Judge Marvin Shoob in the Northern District of Georgia. She is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona (since 1998) and the State Bar of Georgia (since 2004).
