Sarah Van Cott is the founding attorney of Advanced Legal Resolutions (marketed as "Advanced Legal Solutions"), which she established in Las Cruces, New Mexico in March 2016. She was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2013 after beginning her legal career on civil matters in Alamogordo, NM, and earlier work as a journalist and in-house counsel in San Diego. She previously served as an assistant District Attorney prosecuting juvenile crime and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Human Services Department's Child Support Enforcement Division.
