Thomas Stinson earned a B.A. in Business Management Economics, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2005, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012 and began his legal career as a solo practitioner handling family law matters in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties. He later worked at a boutique family-law litigation office in Monterey and at a San Jose firm handling business, real estate, and construction litigation, before returning his focus to complex divorce and family law representation.
